General Ballroom Rules
• Ballroom access is granted only for the paid rental duration
• Renter is responsible for all guests during the event
• No griefing, harassment, or disruptive behavior
• All décor and props must remain within the ballroom
• Auto-return activates when rental time ends
• The Harris Hotel is not responsible for lost or returned items
• Management reserves the right to end events that violate rules
Party Event Rules
• DJs, music, dancing, and lighting effects are permitted
• Events must remain inside the ballroom area
• Behavior must not disturb other hotel guests
Wedding Event Rules
• Wedding rentals are for ceremonies and receptions only
• Setup and cleanup must be completed within rental time
• Event must remain respectful and organized
• No unrelated party themes during wedding rentals
